TED Talks have been my go-to lately. All the TV shows are ending for the summer, and, frankly, I don't really like watching many shows when it's nice out. These are great because you can listen in while cleaning, sitting outside, running, working out, on the drive to work/school... any time you want.
There are so many quotes about ways to live and what to do (or not do) and what to eat (or not eat), but I'm inclined to think these are a little more reliable - and not so cliche and boring. Regardless of if they are or not, I've become a big fan! I've been listening to/watching a bunch lately and these are my three favorites:
What makes a good life
Trying something new for 30 days
What top students do differently
Talk soon,
